DJT desuperheating water regulating valve is a multi-stage throttling regulating valve for preventing cavitation, also called high pressure differential regulating valve, which is a regulating valve with novel structure. This valve can be used for large and medium-sized thermal power generating units to control the flow of desuperheating water required for the temperature of boiler main steam and reheat steam. It is one of the key regulating valves in power plants.
The valve internal component structure of DJT desuperheating water regulating valve is a cascade structure. The fluid passes through a tortuous channel, which can consume a lot of energy, reduce the flow rate and prevent cavitation. Valves with a nominal diameter of more than 40mm adopt a high-pressure self-sealing structure.
