DHS high temperature steam trap is a cascade type high pressure differential regulating valve. This valve is suitable for the drain system of the main steam and reheat steam pipelines of thermal power plants to control the saturated water at high pressure above 425℃. The high temperature steam trap can be pneumatically or electrically controlled, or manually controlled. It is one of the key regulating valves for large thermal power generating units.

  

※ Structural Advantage
1. The fluid is depressurized step by step, the direction of the fluid is constantly changing, the flow resistance is increased, the flow rate is controlled at about 30m/S, cavitation damage is prevented, and the pressure difference is allowed to be 25M Pa.
2. The throttling surface is separated from the sealing surface, and different throttling elements are provided according to the hydrophobic flow rate. The surface of the valve internal components is hardened, and the surface hardness reaches about HRC70.

3. The valve body assembly adopts a high-pressure self-sealing structure. The greater the pressure difference, the better the sealing.
4. The valve body assembly and the actuator adopt a floating connection to eliminate the jamming phenomenon caused by the eccentricity of the valve core and the push rod.
