There are two standard forms of high temperature and high pressure power station gate valves, one is the imported type that follows ANSI B16.34 and JIL 1E101 standards, and the other is the national standard type that follows JB3595 standards. The temperature-pressure levels they follow are consistent, and there is a certain interchange relationship in some pipelines. The middle part adopts a valve coverless pressure self-tightening type, which has good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure conditions. There are two materials for the self-sealing ring, one is low carbon steel, and the other is flexible graphite sandwiched with 316 wire (mesh). The upper layer of the sealing surface is welded with drill-based cemented carbide, and the pure metal layer after processing is ≥3mm, which is wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a long service life. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures, and the weld groove can be made according to standards or user requirements. It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure water, steam, oil products, and superheated steam pipelines in thermal power plants, petrochemicals, metallurgy, etc.
